Your loan details never leave your browser. This is not a promise about what we do with them — it is a description of how the site is built. There is no endpoint that receives a balance, a rate or a prepayment, so there is nothing for us to store, leak or be compelled to hand over.

What happens on your device

• Every calculation, including the full amortization schedule, runs in your browser.
• The Excel workbook and the printable report are generated in your browser. The file is never uploaded anywhere.
• Your last calculation is saved in your browser's local storage so the page is not empty when you come back. It stays on your device and you can clear it by clearing site data.
• Your figures never appear in the address bar as you type. "Copy link" makes a link only when you ask for one, with your inputs encoded in it — treat that link the way you would treat a screenshot of them, and share it deliberately. When someone opens it, the page reads the figures and then clears them from the address bar.

What reaches our server

The request for the page itself, and nothing else about your loan. As with any web server, that request carries your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser's user agent. We do not build profiles from it, we do not join it to anything, and we do not sell it.

Cookies and third parties

No advertising cookies, no behavioural trackers, and no third-party scripts that follow you off this site. Fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a CDN, specifically so that visiting a page here does not tell a third party you did. If we ever add analytics it will be cookieless and it will be named on this page first.
